Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in California, dedicated to helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I provide a warm, structured, and down-to-earth approach that’s both compassionate and results-oriented.

In our work together, we’ll identify patterns, strengthen your coping skills, improve communication, and build realistic goals to help you feel more confident, connected, and grounded in your daily life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for change, I offer a space that’s safe, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you.

Healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming—my goal is to make the process approachable, empowering, and genuinely supportive. If you’re ready to move forward with greater clarity and stability, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and skills-based. I draw from cognitive behavioral tools (to work with thoughts and behaviors), emotion regulation skills, mindfulness and values-based approaches, exposure work for anxiety and OCD, emotionally focused work for relationships, and motivational interviewing to support your own motivation and pace. Together, we’ll look at what’s happening in your life now, where your patterns may come from, and what you’d like to be different. I try to balance insight with practical strategies so you leave sessions feeling both heard and equipped with things to try between visits.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate a range of evidence-based methods, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thought patterns
  • Emotion regulation strategies- DBT to manage overwhelming feelings
  • Mindfulness and values-based techniques for clarity and grounding
  • Exposure work for anxiety and OCD
  • Emotionally focused therapy to strengthen relationships
  • Motivational Interviewing to align with your goals and pace

Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life, understand where it may be coming from, and clarify what you’d like to be different. I aim to balance meaningful insight with practical tools—so you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with strategies you can use between visits.
