Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, or relationship challenges, you're not alone. Life can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected, exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or uncertain about the next step. I work with adults who are seeking greater clarity, healing, and balance while navigating life's most difficult seasons.

With 18 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I help clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use concerns, OCD, bipolar disorder, women's issues, stress management, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. As a bilingual therapist offering services in English and Spanish, I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, direct, and empowering. I believe therapy should provide both support and practical tools that help create lasting change. I tailor treatment to each client's unique experiences, goals, strengths, and values.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Humanistic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions. Together, we'll identify patterns, build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop strategies that support long-term wellness and resilience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe exploring challenges at your own pace. During our work together, we'll focus on understanding what is keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence.

Clients often experience reduced anxiety and stress, improved relationships, healthier coping skills, increased self-awareness, stronger emotional regulation, and a renewed sense of hope. My goal is to help you feel empowered, capable, and equipped to create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
