Great to meet you!

Some of the hardest things to carry are the ones you have never quite found the right words for. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating a wide range of experiences including trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, and grief. I am especially committed to working with LGBTQIA+ and transgender individuals and those exploring men's issues, and I bring real care to making sure my practice reflects that. Clients often describe me as someone who helps them feel genuinely accepted, free to show up as their full selves, whoever that may be.

My approach to therapy

I have always believed in people's capacity for growth and resilience, and I have seen what becomes possible when someone finally feels safe, understood, and genuinely connected. Our work together is collaborative and built around your specific goals, not a rigid formula. Whether you are working through past trauma, navigating identity, processing loss, or managing something that has quietly been building for years, we will move at your pace toward outcomes that actually matter to you: more clarity, less weight, and a stronger sense of what you want your life to look like.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I want to hear what has been on your mind and what you are hoping things could feel like on the other side. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before you reach out. If something here resonates, I would love to connect.
