Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves the support and tools to become the person they want to be; not just to get through hard times, but to actually thrive on the other side of them.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and the toll that work stress and toxic work environments can take on mental health and self-worth. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to change, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you actually want.

My approach is supportive and strengths-based. I meet you where you are, not where I think you should be. Depending on your needs, our work together may draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care and will always be tailored to fit you rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded and it is a space where you can be honest, feel genuinely heard, and do the real work of change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, not clinical in a cold sense. You're the expert on your own life, and I'm here to help you access the tools, insight, and confidence to navigate it more effectively.

My style is supportive and strengths-based. Rather than focusing only on what's wrong, I help clients recognize the resources and resilience they already have, and build on them. I tend to be warm and direct and I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and gently challenge patterns that may be holding you back, all while creating a space where you feel safe to be open.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal for our first session is simple: to help you feel comfortable, heard, and clear on what comes next.

We'll start by talking about what brought you to therapy: what's been going on, what you're hoping will change, and any goals you have in mind, even if they're not fully formed yet. I'll ask questions to understand your background, current stressors, and support system, but this is just as much a conversation as it is an intake and there's no pressure to have it all figured out.

I'll also share a bit about how I work, so you can get a feel for my approach and ask any questions you have about the process, confidentiality, or what therapy with me might look like going forward.
