Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you all. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to grow as a clinician while supporting others. The first half of my career I spent working with adolescents in schools and in their homes as a therapist. I gained a deep appreciation for their resilience, insight and growth. I currently work with adults who have both mental and physical challenges providing compassionate, person-centered care.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and strengths- based approach, tailoring therapy to each client's needs. I specialize in trauma focused work, cognitive behavioral therapy, depression, anxiety, women and men empowerment groups and family work. I understand the unique challenges adolescents face, including identity development, peer pressures and navigating life challenges.

What you can expect from me

In the first session I create a safe and supportive environment to understand a client needs, set goals and develop a plan to address challenges and promote growth.
