Great to meet you!

I come from a Latino background, am Spanish speaking and am passionate about helping people be their best selves while they embark on a transformation journey. I have a very strong belief that everyone should be treated with kindness and respect regardless of what those journeys look like. Each individual I work with is unique, therefore I do not take on a “one size fits all” approach. I enjoy getting to know each person I work with as well as having them get to know me.

My approach to therapy

From a therapeutic standpoint, I like to use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model as my guide when first getting to know the person I am working with until we both identify the model of therapy that works best for them.

What you can expect from me

A warm-hearted, open-minded, yet challenging and empowering session which will assist in reaching our therapeutic goals.
