Great to meet you!

I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges while developing practical tools for growth and healing.

My style is warm, attentive, and supportive, while also being honest and goal-oriented. I work alongside clients to help them gain insight, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s difficulties. Whether someone is navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or personal growth, I focus on empowering them with strategies that promote lasting change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches and adapt them to meet each client’s needs, recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, self-aware, and equipped to move forward in their lives with clarity and balance.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m here to support you through the process at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I am a dedicated mental health professional committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a supportive space where they can openly explore their experiences and develop healthier ways of coping and growing.

I have a background in mental health counseling and have received formal training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches that support emotional well-being and personal growth. Throughout my professional experience, I have worked with individuals facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties related to self-esteem and identity. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their coping skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

I work with diverse populations and strive to create a culturally sensitive, inclusive, and nonjudgmental environment for every client. I have experience supporting adults and young adults from a variety of backgrounds who may be navigating personal, relational, or professional stressors.

My approach integrates practical tools with compassionate listening, allowing clients to feel both supported and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, my main goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll spend time discussing your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I work so you can decide if it feels like a good fit.

The first session is typically more conversational and focused on building comfort and trust. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance or feel pressured to share everything right away. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals for therapy and talk about possible approaches that may help support your growth and well-being. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and understood from the very beginning.
