Great to meet you!

am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) with 9 years of experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, and co-occurring mental health concerns. I work with clients navigating a variety of challenges, including work-related stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, financial stress, life transitions, procrastination, time management, motivation, and difficulty managing everyday responsibilities.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe in providing realistic, easy-to-use tools that you can incorporate into your daily life. Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, improve your confidence and productivity, and work toward creating greater balance and fulfillment. I incorporate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), tailoring treatment to your individual needs, goals, and pace.

What you can expect from me

I like to provide an empathic, judgement free space and to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe in incorporating realistic and easy to use tools to accomplish improvement in symptoms.
