Great to meet you!

I work with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. Many of my clients struggle with constant worry, irritability, difficulty communicating their needs, setting healthy boundaries, or navigating conflict in their relationships. Together, we'll explore the experiences that shaped these patterns, process what's keeping you stuck, and help you build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

I believe we all have strengths and resilience that help us grow and heal. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to work alongside you to help you build on your strengths, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we'll work to understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, whether that's anxiety, the impact of trauma, relationship difficulties, or deeply rooted beliefs about yourself. I tailor therapy to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, CPT, and MAP.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to achieve so we can develop goals that feel meaningful to you. I believe you are the expert on your own life, so we'll work collaboratively throughout the process. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace while we begin identifying strengths, building practical coping skills, and creating a plan that helps you move toward the life you want.
