Great to meet you!

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or emotionally drained just trying to get through the day. Anxiety and depression can make even simple things feel harder, and it’s easy to feel like you’re carrying it all on your own.

I work with adults across Oklahoma who want relief from anxiety, low mood, and constant stress, while building a stronger sense of control and stability. My goal is to create a supportive, steady space where you can slow things down, feel understood, and start moving forward in a way that feels realistic and manageable.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck and build practical tools they can actually use in daily life.

Together, we’ll focus on managing anxiety, improving coping skills, regulating emotions, and reducing stress in a way that feels doable—not overwhelming. My approach is structured, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based strategies, while always being tailored to what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure at first.

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s been going on, what feels most difficult right now, and what you’d like to change. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time—we’ll take it at your pace and focus on helping you feel comfortable, supported, and clear on next steps.
