Great to meet you!

There is a saying, "Memento Mori", which roughly translates to "Remember that you have to die". While this may seem morbid on the surface, it's actually a call to arms for the importance of living while we can! It speaks to the value of deep meaning in life, and truly living a life of substance. If you're reading this now, ask yourself the following: Do I struggle with connecting to others? Do I know how to connect with myself?

My approach to therapy

Do I find myself feeling misunderstood by others more often than not? Do I struggle communicating what I really think or really feel? Do I usually feel like I "give more than I get" in my relationships? Does it feel like something in life is missing? If you find yourself nodding your head at all, therapy with Aaron may be right for you or someone you care about. In therapy, we will work together to get to the bottom of your concerns and build a productive working relationship.

What you can expect from me

Modern society promotes the ideas of self-sacrifice, and selflessness. While these are critical parts of any relationship, the "giver" themselves is often overlooked and suffering. As your therapist, we will work together to break down unconscious barriers and restore balance in life. Therapy has helped me immensely, and I'm sure you deserve it too.
