Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works with people dealing with anxiety and depression. I want to create a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and free to be yourself without judgment. I believe in meeting you where you’re at and working together in a way that feels right for you. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to help and support you.

I also have experience in working with challenging teenagers and their parents. I am here to support you with my 20 years of experience with teens.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relaxed, supportive, and collaborative. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method, so I tailor therapy to fit your needs. I focus on building a real connection, so you feel safe opening up. Together, we’ll work through challenges, build coping skills, and find ways to help you feel more in control.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know each other. You can expect a laid-back, welcoming space where you can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. We’ll talk about what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and leave with clear next steps that feels manageable and helpful.
