Welcome! I’m Megan Hansen, a fully licensed clinical social worker with a deep passion for helping neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors, and those navigating self-worth and identity challenges. I earned my Bachelors of Social Work degree from Saginaw Valley State University in 2016 and completed my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work at Michigan State University in 2017. I also hold a School Social Work Certification and have years of experience supporting students and families in both school and clinical settings.
My practice is grounded in strengths-based, trauma-informed care with an emphasis on honoring neurodiversity. I specialize in working with neurodivergent children, teens, and women—especially those who feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or out of sync with the world around them. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT-informed care, and systems theory, and I strive to create a welcoming, affirming space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Whether you’re navigating emotional regulation, sensory challenges, executive functioning, or healing from past trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and clarity. My goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and lasting tools for growth

Hi, I’m Tiffany Peeler. I’m a school counselor and therapist with a passion for helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges. I started my career as a classroom teacher, where I spent over eleven years supporting students in public education. It was there I discovered my calling—working with children facing emotional and behavioral struggles.
To deepen my impact, I earned a master’s in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health from Spring Arbor University. Today, I work with clients ages three through adulthood, using a compassionate, solution-focused approach. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and growth can begin.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I’m here to help you move forward.

If you're wondering what you should know about me, here’s the short version: I take therapy seriously, but I don’t take myself too seriously. Yes, I have the degrees, the credentials, and 20+ years of experience, but what really matters is whether I can help you navigate the challenges that brought you here. I’ll meet you with a mix of practicality, humor, and the occasional terrible joke (consider yourself warned). Therapy with me is not about sitting in awkward silence while I nod meaningfully—it’s a conversation, a collaboration, and sometimes even a bit of an adventure. And if you’re the type who enjoys a good story, just ask me about my 10-pound, geriatric office dog or my misadventures flying a small plane around the Midwest.
