Great to meet you!

You were never meant to carry motherhood alone. As a therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I work with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional shifts that can come with becoming a mother. Whether you are experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, overwhelm, identity changes, intrusive thoughts, or simply feeling unlike yourself, therapy can be a place to exhale, feel understood, and begin healing. My work is deeply personal as well as professional. Having personally experienced postpartum depression and OCD, I understand how isolating, exhausting, and confusing this season can feel.

My approach to therapy

My work is deeply personal as well as professional. Having personally experienced postpartum depression and OCD, I understand how isolating, exhausting, and confusing this season can feel. I also know that healing is possible with support, compassion, and practical tools. Alongside my lived experience, I have specialized training and clinical experience treating postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and I am passionate about helping women feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves again.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel supportive while also helping you move toward meaningful change. Together, we focus on realistic goal setting, developing effective coping skills, creating sustainable routines, and building emotional resilience in ways that fit your real life—not an unrealistic version of motherhood.

I strive to create a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment. Motherhood can bring joy and love, but it can also bring grief, anxiety, rage, loneliness, perfectionism, and uncertainty. You do not have to “just push through” or figure it out on your own.

If you are looking for a therapist who combines professional expertise with genuine understanding of the perinatal journey, I would be honored to support you.
