Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). With years of experience supporting individuals and families through co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges, I bring a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy. I use evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help you build coping skills and move toward meaningful change. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with teens, families, and adults facing a wide range of challenges. I bring a relatable, open-minded, and down-to-earth presence to my sessions.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Addiction & Drug Counselor, I work with adults navigating mental health and co-occurring disorders. You may find yourself on a path you didn’t plan—facing detours like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, divorce, relational challenges, or substance use. These experiences can leave you feeling lost or off course. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering support and practical tools to help you navigate your journey toward healing and wellness.

My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. That means we'll focus on your strengths, explore what matters most to you, and build practical tools to help you move forward.

I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you—to offer guidance, ask meaningful questions, and help you uncover new insights and possibilities. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make a change, I’m here to support and empower you through your process.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, my goal is for you to walk away feeling empowered—with a deeper understanding of yourself and practical tools you can use in everyday life. Together, we’ll build coping skills to help you manage life’s challenges, navigate difficult emotions, and respond to stress in healthier, more intentional ways.

You can expect a space where your experiences are validated, your strengths are recognized, and your goals are always at the center of our work. Whether we're processing past experiences, tackling current struggles, or planning for the future, I want you to feel supported, capable, and more in control of your path forward.
