Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself. I value authenticity, compassion, and real connection in the therapy process and offer individualized, solution-focused therapy in a calm, confidential space where you can feel heard and supported. My background spans higher education, medical social work, and private practice, giving me a well-rounded perspective on life’s challenges. I believe meaningful change happens when therapist and client work collaboratively toward shared goals. Starting therapy can feel like a big step—I strive to make it feel approachable and empowering from the very first session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I tailor each session to your needs, helping you better understand patterns, shift unhelpful thoughts, and build skills you can use in daily life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, caregiver support, relationship concerns, life transitions, and women's issues. Drawing from a flexible, integrative approach, I empower my clients to have lasting growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you're not alone. During our first session, I want us to get to know one another, establish trust and for you to define areas you are concerned about. From there we can create treatment goals, talk through your worries and make a plan to meet regularly. Whether you're dealing with everyday pressures or deeper emotional pain, therapy can be a place to feel heard, supported, and understood. My goal is to help you build insight, develop coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.
