Great to meet you!
With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with both children and adults, including providing crisis intervention services. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and a dual substance use credential as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
Throughout my career, I’ve helped individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship and marriage concerns, work-related stress, grief and loss, substance use issues, and family conflict.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by depression, struggling with the impact of difficult relationships, or carrying the weight of painful family experiences, you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy offers a supportive space where we can explore what you’re going through and begin to make sense of it together.
In our first sessions, we’ll gently talk through what has been happening in your life and identify the areas where you’d like support. We’ll also complete an initial assessment and begin outlining your goals for therapy. From there, we’ll develop a clear and personalized plan to help you move forward, build resilience, and feel more like yourself again.
