Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome,

I’m a dedicated therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I am truly passionate about the work I do and feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate difficult moments and work toward healing and growth.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that meaningful change happens when we feel genuinely seen and empowered.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities. This allows me to adapt our work together in a way that best supports your goals and experiences.

I have experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and marital concerns. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support and clarity, I am here to help you move forward at your own pace.

I look forward to the opportunity to work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that each person’s experience is unique, so I tailor my work to meet the individual needs, goals, and pace of each client. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This allows me to support clients in developing practical coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and processing past experiences that may be impacting their present functioning.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment where they can begin to share what has brought them to therapy at their own pace. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and heard, without any pressure to disclose more than you’re ready for.

We will spend time getting to know each other, discussing your current concerns, background, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I may ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but the session is always guided by what feels most important to you.

Together, we will begin to identify initial goals and areas of focus, whether that involves managing anxiety or depression, improving relationships, or working through past experiences. I will also share a bit about how I work and discuss potential approaches that may be helpful moving forward.

By the end of the session, clients often leave with a clearer sense of direction, some initial strategies or tools if appropriate, and a better understanding of how we can work together to support their goals.

Overall, my aim is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and hopeful about the process ahead.
