Hi, my name is Aaron. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I spent the past 5 years as a Nurse practitioner for Union Behavioral Health Outpatient at Christiana Care. I received my Bachelors Degree from Wilmington University. I received my Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University. I utilize a holistic view of your mental health, looking at how your life-style, sleep and environment work along side medication management. Wether you are navigating anxiety, panic disorder, depression, insomnia, bipolar disorder, symptoms of PTSD, OCD, and ADHD, I provide a safe, straightforward space where your well-being and progress in treatment are the top priority.

My approach to care is based on the belief that effective mental health care should be transparent and evidence-based. I use a direct communication style to make sure that you understand your treatment options. Together, we will create a solution-oriented plan that prioritizes your goals that will help you find sustainable relief.

Our first session is a dedicated 60-minute safe space where I'll listen to your story and understand what you are currently facing. Using a holistic lens, we will discus your symptoms, lifestyle and medical history to get a complete picture of your health. I will take a direct approach to our conversation, ensuring we identify your primary goals and answer any questions you have about treatment options. By the end of our meeting, we will have a clear, solution-oriented plan in place so you know exactly what the next steps are in your care.
