Great to meet you!
I'm a 2013 graduate of Touro College, NY, NY. I have found that school taught me the names of things in life, but life taught me those things. So much of my time is spent connecting with people, which I am energized by. I am a student of those people and try to learn how to live my life better from almost everyone I encounter.
I teach men how to be better fathers, friends, partners, and fathers. I also help those men with their partners go from internal and marital conflict, to feeling connected, by identifying destructive relational patterns, unidentified negative self-talk and thoughts, emotional triggers, and points of transference.
I will help you process micro-traumas, develop self-empathy and empathy for your partner, find strength and emphasize positives; enable you to both to work as a team to problem solve household and family management, budgeting, employment and career plans; and provide insight into how to enjoy responsibilities, navigate extended families, and support each other in child rearing (from 0 to 25).
