Great to meet you!

“My professional background as a Registered Dietitian led me to recognize my strengths as a social scientist, with a deeper passion for listening, understanding, and counseling others. I graduated from Drexel University in my hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I went on to become dually licensed as both a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor after completing a two-year internship.”

My approach to therapy

“I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gottman-based techniques in my counseling approach. My focus is on helping clients create meaningful change within themselves, rather than trying to change others or external situations that may have contributed to their decision to seek counseling.”

What you can expect from me

“My goal as your counselor is to create a space where you feel heard and understood. I will listen closely to your experiences and, when appropriate, introduce Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gottman techniques, making sure these approaches align with your personal goals.

If we decide to move forward together, we will typically meet weekly, while also making space to address any immediate concerns that arise.

I take an active role in the counseling process. With your permission, I offer thoughtful feedback, practical strategies, and helpful resources beyond our sessions to support your growth.

Above all, I want what is best for you. If I feel that another approach or provider would better meet your needs, I will be open and honest, and help guide you in that direction.”
