I completed a Master's in Counseling in the early 2000's and have met the requirements for licensure in multiple states, including Alaska, Arizona, Michigan, and New York.

I've been working with families, women and children for over twenty years. I have a professional history of providing direct counseling services and oversight and leadership of mental health service programs. I am trained in EMDR treatment and have been providing it for over four years to address trauma, anxiety and depression. I frequently support individuals with late diagnosis ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I provide services for those experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain or illness.

I tend to educate clients about how to maximize our biology, thinking, feeling and actions to create our best functioning. I am support holistic approaches to health and wellness and often coordinate with physician's to help a client find the right combination of medications and supplements.

Sessions often conclude with a list of action steps, skills to practice, reading or listening activities to help build your concrete tools, coping skills, and transform your thinking, feeling, and action patterns to support resolving your symptoms or managing a long term condition.
