Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist who believes that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself, recognizing your strengths, and discovering the tools needed to move forward. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of challenges, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance use disorders, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and life transitions. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is direct, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe in meeting people where they are, being honest and genuine, and helping clients explore their challenges without judgment. My goal is not to tell you how to live your life or make decisions for you. Instead, I work collaboratively with you to identify patterns, explore options, develop practical solutions, and build the confidence to make decisions that align with your values and goals. I will offer support, perspective, and accountability while empowering you to recognize your own ability to create lasting change.

I also recognize that growth is not always comfortable. Sometimes, progress requires honest conversations, challenging old patterns, and taking responsibility for the changes within your control.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a partnership. You bring your experiences, strengths, and willingness to grow, and I bring professional knowledge, compassion, practical strategies, and a commitment to helping you move toward your goals. You do not have to have everything figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to start.

Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, effective coping skills, and meaningful, lasting change.
