Great to meet you!
I bring a warm, compassionate, and relatable presence into therapy. Together, we create a space where clients feel understood and able to move at their own pace while still progressing in an intentional way. My style is grounded, human, and relational, helping clients feel less alone in what they are experiencing. I value real connection and often take time to check in so clients can feel comfortable showing up as themselves throughout the process.
My work focuses on helping clients better understand their emotions, what they are feeling, why those emotions show up, and how they impact thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Rather than only managing symptoms, we work together to explore and shift deeper patterns while building self-worth, emotional regulation, and more secure connections. Together, we identify unhealthy relational dynamics and develop healthier ways of engaging in relationships.
I work with anxiety, depression, PTSD and complex PTSD, OCD, childhood trauma and trauma related to self-worth, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges for individuals and couples, parenting concerns, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. I also work with bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and earned my Master’s degree from the University of Maryland. I offer both individual and couples therapy virtually in the state of Maryland.
