Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed counselor for 4 years in Arkansas, where I received my Masters in Counseling from John Brown University. I work with adult women of all ages who struggle with perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and trauma. If you have spent years holding it all together on the outside while feeling like you are unraveling inside, you are not alone, and you are in the right place. I work with women who are tired of being the strong one, who are managing anxiety, depression, grief, or the quiet pressure of trying to do everything perfectly. Many of my clients are juggling family, work, and loss all at once, and they come to me wanting a space where they do not have to perform. I work with adult women navigating these exact struggles every day.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you get a true partner, not someone handing you a worksheet and sending you on your way. We figure out together what you actually need right now, then move toward it at a pace that feels doable instead of overwhelming. I go deep with women managing anxiety and perfectionism, especially those who feel like they have to earn their own rest. Clients who do best with me are ready to look honestly at what is not working, even when that is uncomfortable, because that honesty is where real change starts. You will walk away from our sessions with more clarity about what you actually want, not just relief from what you are running from.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is really just a conversation. I want to hear your story, what brought you here, and what you are hoping is different on the other side of this. It is okay if you do not have it all figured out yet, most people do not, and that is exactly what we are there to work through together. If any part of this sounds like you, I would love for you to reach out and see if we are a good fit.
