You might be feeling exhausted from holding everything together, anxious about the future, or stuck in patterns that no longer fit who you are. I work primarily with women and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and trauma that can be hard to put into words. Many of my clients are new to therapy or haven’t always felt culturally safe or understood in past spaces. With me, you don’t have to shrink yourself or explain your whole identity just to be believed. Together, we’ll work toward you feeling more grounded, more confident, and more like yourself again.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or trying to manage the effects of past trauma while also navigating relationships or family challenges. It can feel exhausting trying to handle everything on your own.
I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress, helping you feel more supported, understood, and able to move forward with confidence.
I believe we’re all doing the best we can, and that belief guides my work as a therapist. I care deeply about people and feel honored to be someone you can bring the hard things to. I’m down-to-earth, professional, and shaped by a diverse background that led me to counseling as my life’s work.
Sometimes life asks more of us than we feel prepared to give. Anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, or major life transitions can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about what comes next. You may have spent so much time taking care of responsibilities that you've forgotten to take care of yourself. You don't have to keep carrying that weight alone. I partner with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, family issues, stress management, and grief and loss so they can find greater emotional balance, strengthen important relationships, and move forward with renewed confidence and purpose. Working with adolescents, adults, and seniors, I strive to create a supportive, judgment free environment where meaningful growth feels both possible and sustainable.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Searching for therapists in Arkansas starts with finding someone whose training matches what you want to work on. Across the state, available therapists and specialties can vary between larger cities, smaller towns, and rural communities. You may be looking for support with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or life transitions. As you compare therapists, look for listed specialties, therapy styles, and experience with concerns like yours. Bios can also show whether a therapist uses approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or trauma-informed care.
Location and format can also shape your search. In Little Rock, Fayetteville, Fort Smith, and other parts of Arkansas, some people prefer an in-person office, while others choose virtual sessions for scheduling flexibility. You can also narrow your options by appointment availability, whether a therapist is accepting new patients, free phone consultations, and the structure of sessions. Reading profiles before booking can help you understand how a therapist communicates, what they focus on, and what to expect in a first appointment.
The cost of mental health care in Arkansas varies, and using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to lower session costs. Headway helps you search for Arkansas therapists who accept insurance, verify your benefits, and see your estimated out-of-pocket cost before booking. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, and you can confirm coverage for your plan and location as you search. From there, you can compare therapists, review bios, and book directly when you’re ready.
