Great to meet you!

Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or intrusive thoughts begin affecting your sense of peace and connection with others. You may feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggle with stress or panic, or find yourself navigating difficult transitions that leave you uncertain about the future. I work with adults and seniors facing concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma, bipolar disorder, family conflict, identity concerns, men's issues, physical health challenges, and end-of-life concerns. Whether you're seeking support as an individual, couple, or family, I strive to create a warm and open-minded space where you can feel understood without judgment. Together, we'll work to better understand your experiences, strengthen your relationships, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and solution oriented. I believe that lasting change comes from increasing self-awareness while developing practical tools that support healthier ways of thinking, relating, and responding to life's challenges. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Humanistic Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. Whether we're addressing anxiety, OCD, panic disorders, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, family stress, or identity concerns, I strive to provide both insight and practical strategies. Together, we can identify patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen communication, and create meaningful changes that support emotional well-being and healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where your goals and experiences are respected. I believe therapy works best when we build a trusting relationship and work collaboratively toward meaningful change. Throughout our work together, I will help you develop practical coping skills, improve communication, strengthen your relationships, and gain greater confidence in navigating life's challenges. As therapy progresses, many clients experience improved emotional balance, reduced anxiety, healthier boundaries, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more empowered, connected, and equipped to face life with greater clarity and resilience.
