Great to meet you!

I help adolescents, adults, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what to do next find steadiness, clarity, and practical tools for moving forward. As a PhD-level Licensed Professional Counselor, I’ve worked in school-based and outpatient settings supporting people through anxiety, depression, grief, behavior challenges, major life changes, and family stress. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches like ACT, CBT, and DBT to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. My style is calm, structured, direct, and respectful, and I’ll work with you to build skills in emotional regulation, communication, and decision-making. Together, we’ll set clear goals and track meaningful progress over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on what feels most urgent, review your history, and talk about what you want to be different. You can expect to leave with a clearer sense of direction, some practical strategies to start using right away, and a plan for how we’ll work together. If you’re looking for active, structured therapy that leads to real change, I’d be glad to support you.
