Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, passionate about helping people feel supported, understood, and confident in their mental health journey. I provide compassionate care across the lifespan and specialize in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other behavioral health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and focused on finding real solutions that fit each person’s unique needs. I believe in treating the whole person—not just the symptoms—by taking time to understand life experiences, stressors, trauma history, and overall day-to-day functioning. I combine evidence-based medication management with honest communication, supportive guidance, and a judgment-free space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where we can really get to know the full picture of what’s going on. We’ll talk through your current concerns, past experiences, trauma history, medical background, symptoms, and overall day-to-day functioning across your lifespan—not just what’s happening right now. This helps me better understand your needs so we can create a thoughtful, personalized treatment plan together. We’ll also discuss your goals, what has or hasn’t worked in the past, and the best path forward for your long-term mental wellness.
