Great to meet you!

There are seasons in life that can leave you wondering why something that "should" feel joyful instead feels overwhelming, lonely, exhausting, or heavy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, infertility, pregnancy or postpartum challenges, grief, trauma, or major life transitions, you don't have to carry it alone.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than eight years of experience, I provide a supportive and compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My work often focuses on helping individuals navigating maternal mental health concerns, infertility, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your struggles, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support healing, resilience, and long-term emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences. Every person brings their own story, relationships, strengths, and challenges into the room, and my goal is to understand the whole picture—not just the symptoms that brought you to therapy.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Whether you're working through anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief, infertility, trauma, postpartum concerns, or difficult life transitions, we'll focus on building practical skills that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've spent a long time trying to manage everything on your own. During our first sessions, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope life looks like moving forward.

You can expect a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where your experiences are respected and your goals matter. Together, we'll strengthen healthy coping skills, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create a realistic path toward the life you want to build for yourself.
