Great to meet you!

I am an L.P.C. with 17 years of experience in mental health, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from many different backgrounds. I specialize in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, domestic violence, substance abuse, major life transitions, and challenges with parenting and disciplining children. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focused on helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I work from a person-centered approach, meeting you where you are and supporting you through the obstacles in your life. My approach is eclectic, tailoring therapy to focus on what you feel needs attention. While I may gently challenge you at times, my goal is always to foster growth in a safe and supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I like to take time to get to know you and make sure you feel comfortable working with me. I believe therapy is your space, and it’s important that you feel we’re a good fit. Not every client and therapist will naturally connect, and that’s okay—what matters most is that you find the support that feels right for you.
