Great to meet you!

Sometimes life asks more of us than we feel prepared to give. Anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, or major life transitions can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about what comes next. You may have spent so much time taking care of responsibilities that you've forgotten to take care of yourself. You don't have to keep carrying that weight alone. I partner with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, family issues, stress management, and grief and loss so they can find greater emotional balance, strengthen important relationships, and move forward with renewed confidence and purpose. Working with adolescents, adults, and seniors, I strive to create a supportive, judgment free environment where meaningful growth feels both possible and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped your life while identifying the strengths you can continue building on throughout your healing journey. Therapy isn't about changing who you are. It's about helping you better understand yourself, develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges, and create meaningful progress that extends well beyond our sessions. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Positive Psychology, Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Positive Psychology, Reality Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, Psychoanalysis, and Psychodynamic approaches because every client deserves care that's individualized, thoughtful, and grounded in what will be most helpful for their unique circumstances. Together, we can work through ADHD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, OCD, anger management, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, PTSD, emotional regulation, life transitions, and trauma, while building practical strategies that support lasting wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who listens carefully, meets you with genuine compassion, and works alongside you as you move toward meaningful change. I'll encourage you to recognize strengths you may have forgotten you possess while helping you develop practical tools you can rely on long after therapy ends. Whether you're healing from grief, strengthening family relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or simply hoping to feel more grounded in everyday life, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of hope for the future.
