My name is Dominique Coley. I am a doctorate prepared board certified multi state licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 12 years of psychiatric nursing experience, with nearly the last 7 years as a Nurse Practitioner. I have worked servicing patients in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient psychiatric clinics, nursing homes and telehealth.

I treat adolescents and adults. I offer medication management with brief supportive therapy.
