Great to meet you!

If you are suffering from anxiety, struggling to manage stress, or are seeking support for conditions such as ADHD, PTSD, ODD, anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma-related concerns, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and other areas related to mental health and personal growth, I can help. My experience has allowed me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and different stages of life, which has strengthened my ability to provide therapy that is both compassionate and adaptable. Clients should know that I truly care about helping people heal, grow, and feel empowered within their own lives, while also understanding that healing is a process that requires patience, consistency, and support.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, and realistic. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” people, but about helping individuals better understand themselves, heal from unresolved pain, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives. I meet clients where they are emotionally while also encouraging accountability, growth, and self-awareness. I recognize that every client’s journey is different, so I tailor my therapeutic approach based on each individual’s needs, goals, personality, and life experiences. I value authenticity, honesty, empathy, and creating a therapeutic relationship that feels genuine and empowering.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to feel supportive, welcoming, and judgment-free. I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, overwhelming, or even intimidating for some people, so my goal is to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe enough to be honest, open, and fully themselves. During the first session, I focus on getting to know the client beyond just symptoms or diagnoses. I want to understand their story, their strengths, the challenges they have faced, and what they hope to gain from the therapeutic process. We will discuss concerns, goals, background history, current stressors, and any barriers that may be impacting their emotional well-being. I also believe the first session is about building trust and connection, because healing happens best when clients feel seen, heard, and respected.
