Great to meet you!

Are you the strong one? The person everyone leans on, while you quietly carry your own weight alone? You deserve the same care you give to others, and I would love to help you find it. I am a warm, encouraging, and deeply committed Licensed Professional Counselor with more than twenty years of mental health clinical experience. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, burnout, ADD/ADHD, low self-esteem, and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD). I proudly serve individuals from all walks of life! My approach is holistic, I see you as a whole person: Body, Soul, and Mind. My goal is to help you return to the fullness of who you are, before life's challenges tried to take over. I would love to help you feel new again.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, holistic approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Family/Marital Therapy. I believe that lasting healing requires addressing not just thoughts and behaviors, but the whole person including the emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions of life. My style is collaborative and strengths-based: we work together as a team. I draw on CBT to help you identify and shift the thought patterns keeping you stuck, while using a Family Systems lens to understand how your relationships and history shape who you are today. I am direct but gentle, honest but encouraging. I will always tell you the truth while championing your growth every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a warm welcome! A meet-and-greet designed to help you feel at ease, not evaluated. We will spend our time getting to know each other, building the foundation of trust and safety that makes meaningful therapeutic work possible. I will listen more than I talk. You will leave knowing that you have a partner in this journey, and someone who is committed to walking alongside you every step of the way toward renewal and healing.
