Great to meet you!

I am a therapist based in Northwest Arkansas, offering virtual care across the state. I work with individuals and families navigating life transitions, family conflict, career-related stress, motivation challenges, self-esteem concerns, confidence issues, and relationship difficulties. I also support adolescents, adults, and seniors experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, panic disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, grief, infertility, chronic illness, sleep concerns, eating disorders, substance use, anger, impulse control difficulties, and stress management challenges.

My practice is affirming and inclusive of clients exploring identity development, cultural and ethnic concerns, women’s issues, men’s issues, maternal mental health, peripartum and postpartum transitions, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I believe therapy should be a confidential, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe exploring what you are carrying while building greater stability, self-understanding, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, solution-focused, affirming, and tailored to your individual goals and circumstances. I believe therapy works best when we look at the whole person — your thoughts, emotions, relationships, identity, stressors, strengths, and lived experiences — while also creating practical steps toward change. In session, we may work on identifying patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, relationship conflict, low motivation, or emotional overwhelm. We may also build coping skills, improve communication, strengthen emotional regulation, develop stress management tools, and explore healthier ways to respond to life’s challenges.

I work collaboratively and at your pace, while also helping you stay connected to the goals that matter most to you. Whether you are managing chronic stress, navigating a major life transition, working through grief or trauma, exploring identity, or trying to feel more steady in your daily life, my goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and practical tools that support lasting, positive change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a confidential, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we begin getting to know your story and what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, background, strengths, relationships, and what you hope to change or better understand. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, family conflict, relationship issues, grief, stress, identity concerns, life transitions, or challenges with mood, motivation, or emotional regulation.

Together, we will begin setting meaningful goals and identifying what kind of support will be most helpful for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and clearer about the direction of our work together. Ongoing sessions will focus on building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, improving emotional well-being, and helping you move toward greater stability, confidence, and self-understanding.
