Great to meet you!

I believe we’re all doing the best we can, and that belief guides my work as a therapist. I care deeply about people and feel honored to be someone you can bring the hard things to. I’m down-to-earth, professional, and shaped by a diverse background that led me to counseling as my life’s work.

My approach to therapy

I’m easy to talk to and bring a casual, approachable style to therapy. I’m honest and direct, always with kindness. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, speaking openly, and sharing what’s really going on without fear of judgment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to see whether we’re a good fit. I’ll ask questions to get to know you and understand what’s bringing you in, and I welcome your questions too. Finding the right therapist can be hard, and I want this first conversation to help you feel comfortable and clear about next steps.
