Great to meet you!

My name is Tracey Bratton, LCSW; I am a trauma‐informed therapist serving children, youth, adults, and families across Southeast Arkansas. I bring more than a decade of experience in treating co‐occurring disorders, supporting survivors of trauma, and developing programs that integrate evidence‐based care with compassion, cultural humility, and client‐led faith integration.

I am trained in TBRI, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma‐informed care, and I specialize in helping clients navigate attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, and the impact of chronic stress.

My goal is to walk alongside you with clarity, compassion, and practical tools—helping you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and non‐shaming. I believe every person deserves a safe space to heal, grow, and make meaning in ways that honor their story, culture, and values. Faith can be included in therapy when it is client‐led and optional, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on helping you feel comfortable and supported. I’ll ask about what brings you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to see change. We’ll explore your strengths, stressors, and any immediate needs at a pace that feels safe for you.

My approach is trauma‐informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I’ll explain how therapy works, answer your questions, and work with you to identify goals that matter to you. If faith or spirituality is important in your life, we can include it in a way that is always client‐led and optional.

You don’t need to prepare anything — just come as you are. Our first session is about building trust, understanding your story, and creating a plan that supports your healing and growth.
