Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges and rediscover their sense of hope and strength. My journey in social work began with a passion for advocating for children and justice-involved individuals whose stories were often misunderstood or overlooked.
I hold both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Memphis, and I've served in a variety of roles across behavioral health, education, child and family welfare, medical settings and corrections. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing requires both compassion and accountability, and that meaningful change happens when people are truly seen, supported, and understood.
I specialize in working with at-risk populations, children, adults and families facing trauma, co-occurring disorders, life transitions, stress, and boundary challenges. I also have a strong background in supporting individuals reentering their communities after incarceration and those working to rebuild confidence, structure, and purpose.
Clients often describe my style as calming, authentic, and empowering. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, transparency, and collaboration. In which you will feel heard, supported, and hopeful-with a clearer sense of direction and an identified plan for the next steps on your healing journey.
