Dr. Shahsavar is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both General and Addiction Psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry residency training at the Department of Mental Health, St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, DC. He also completed addiction fellowship at Yale University. Presently, he is in private Practice in the Baltimore area, Maryland. Prior to starting his private practice, Dr. Shahsavar was working at the Sheppard Pratt Hospital in Towson, MD.
