Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in both general psychiatry and addiction medicine. My background spans a wide range of mental health conditions — from anxiety and depression to bipolar disorder and substance use — and I bring a deeply holistic perspective to every patient I work with. I offer telehealth care with flexible scheduling, including early morning appointments starting at 7:30am for those who need care before their workday begins.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when someone finally sees what's been holding them back. I often describe it this way: many people are navigating life in a dark room — not because the answers aren't there, but because no one has helped them find the light. My job is to bring that clarity. I combine medication management with therapy — including CBT, mindfulness, and supportive techniques — tailored to what each person actually needs. I also take the medical side seriously: reviewing labs, assessing complexity, and making thoughtful decisions about level of care.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a thorough conversation where I take the time to understand your full history — not just your symptoms — so we can figure out what's really going on and what kind of care makes the most sense for you. I take intake seriously, because the right fit matters. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clear picture of your diagnosis, a treatment plan, and what to expect next.
