Great to meet you!

I specialize in trauma and attachment disruptions, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and identity development — including work with LGBTQIA+ clients and those in non-monogamous, polyamorous, or otherwise non-traditional relationships. I believe there is no single right way to be a person or build a life, and I work without assumption about who you should be or how you should love.

My approach to therapy

My approach is body-based. I work from the understanding that healing doesn't happen through insight alone it happens when the nervous system has space to settle, when the body is part of the conversation, not just the mind. Using Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I help clients explore how their experiences live in the body and how to work with that directly, gently, and at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting oriented together. I'll ask questions to understand what's bringing you in, a little about your history, and what you're hoping for — but it's also just as much about you getting a feel for me and how I work. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or to share more than feels right.

I work at a slow enough pace that most people leave the first session feeling more settled than they expected. You won't be pushed to go deep before you're ready. We're building something, and the foundation matters.

By the end, we'll have a clearer sense of whether we're a good fit and what working together might look like going forward.
