Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I recognize that it takes courage to seek professional help for mental health challenges. I value and congratulate you on taking this big step towards your healing and well-being. I prioritize creating a warm, empathetic, and safe environment so clients can feel supported and seen in therapy. I have been practicing for 3 years, working with clients aged 11-19, young and older adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I acknowledge that every client is unique and therefore deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we will act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and that you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and therapy goals. We will work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we will work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
