Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire. I have a particular passion for working with Veterans, First Responders, fellow helping professionals ("Healing Healers"), and individuals navigating eating disorders, trauma, grief, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I take an individualized approach to therapy, always meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique goals. I'm trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and have completed advanced trainings in EMDR, trauma, and grief. I also draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to support clients in building lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I work with adults of all ages and have particular expertise supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the weight of loss.

Outside of the therapy room, I'm a Harry Potter fan, true crime enthusiast, and Lego builder who loves spending time outdoors with my partner and our dogs.
