Great to meet you!

I believe that our well-being is deeply impacted by our life circumstances, and by what is happening in the world around us. I strive to uphold an anti-oppressive and empathetic approach to this work, and am deeply passionate about mental health, advocacy, and trauma-informed care. Your treatment with me will be tailored to your needs and grounded in your world experience. Whatever you’re facing, I’ll meet you with warmth & honesty. Your treatment plan will be tailored to your specific needs and we'll work together toward your goals. This practice is a LGBTQI+ Safe Space. All are welcome.

My approach to therapy

I began my social work career supporting survivors of trauma in medical and community settings, assisting them in navigating complex medical systems, parenting, and beginning to process and heal from what they had faced. My approach to therapy is rooted in building trust & rapport. I also believe in being honest and straightforward.

What you can expect from me

Building trust starts from day one. I gently challenge clients to identify unhelpful negative thinking patterns and dismantle negative core beliefs. My goal is for clients to realize their own strength, resilience, and potential. If you're feeling ready to take next steps, please reach out- I'd love to work with you!
