Great to meet you!

You might be someone who looks put together on the outside, but spends a lot of time in your head. You replay interactions, second-guess your decisions, and find yourself wondering if you’re getting things wrong or coming across the way you meant to.

This often shows up most in relationships, where it can feel hard to know what you actually want, how you feel, or how to trust yourself.

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, relationship stress, and patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries. I also support individuals living with chronic or neurological conditions, as well as the people who care for them.

I’ve been in the mental health field for over 10 years, including work in medical and neurological settings, and I bring that experience into a practical, real-life approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I’m not here to judge you or analyze you from a distance. We work together to understand what’s going on and start making it feel more manageable.

I draw from cognitive behavioral, attachment-based, and mindfulness approaches, but sessions are tailored to you. Some days we focus more on understanding patterns, and other days we focus on tools you can use right away. The goal is to help you feel more clear, more steady, and more able to trust yourself in your relationships and decisions.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get a sense of each other and see if it feels like a good fit. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what’s feeling most difficult right now, and what you’re hoping will feel different. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, but it’s not an interrogation, it’s a conversation.

By the end, we’ll have a clearer sense of where to focus and what working together could look like.
