Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling caught between where they have been, and where they think they should be by now. I work with young adults and adults who are navigating independence, adulthood, identity, anxiety, and the pressure of figuring out what comes next. That might look like academic stress, career uncertainty, changing family roles, loneliness, social pressure, cultural expectations, or trying to build better boundaries while adjusting to a new season of life. If life feels high pressure and hard to hold together, you do not have to navigate those feelings alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, practical, and growth-focused. I help clients understand what is fueling their anxiety, stress, and overwhelm while building routines, life skills, and coping tools that make daily life feel more manageable. Together, we work on boundaries, time management, emotional regulation, confidence, and learning how to move through adult life with more autonomy and less pressure. Therapy with me is meant to feel grounded, useful, and connected to your real goals.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will talk about what feels most pressing in this current season, what changes or pressures have been weighing on you, and what areas you would benefit from support the most. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, school stress, career decisions, family dynamics, loneliness, identity questions, or the challenge of doing something new on your own, we will start identifying what is keeping you stuck and what moving forward could look like in a way that feels manageable and practical.
