Hi, I'm Annie! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over seven years of experience in helping people reconnect with themselves and find clarity about the things that are most troubling to them. Existence is hard, but I firmly believe that connection with one another is what enables us to heal, find belonging, and grow into the best versions of ourselves.
Hi, I’m Jessica, and I’ve been working in the helping professions since 1999. I have a deep calling for holding a guiding light during your dark times. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am a licensed therapist in Arizona, using evidence based talk therapy and trauma processing modalities. Throughout my career, I’ve found that a calm presence can make all the difference, and that’s what I always intend to bring to my work. I’ve also had the honor of being a yoga teacher with a background in holistic living, and understand the mind-body connection. Mindfulness meditation is a part of my own personal practice, and I may incorporate this into my therapy work to help you cultivate peace and clarity.
On a personal note, as an adolescent I exited the conservative, tight-knit religion I was raised in and never looked back. I respect the bravery and courage it takes to be true to yourself. I identify as a multicultural female, who is spiritual not religious. Immersing myself in art, nature and the vast mystery of it all is grounding for me. I have an appreciation for the intersecting philosophies of the world’s wisdom traditions.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Searching for therapists in Idaho starts with finding someone whose training fits what you want to address. Across the state, needs and available therapists can vary between urban and rural areas, so it helps to look closely at specialties before booking. You may want support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, or life transitions. Review each therapist’s listed focus areas, approach, and experience to see whether they match your needs.
Location and format can also shape your search. You may find in-person therapists near Boise, Idaho Falls, or Coeur d’Alene, while virtual appointments can expand your options across Idaho if local availability is limited. As you compare therapists, look at appointment times, whether they are accepting new patients, and whether they offer a free phone consultation. Reading bios can also help you understand how a therapist structures sessions and communicates with the people they support.
The cost of mental health care in Idaho varies, and using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs. Headway makes it easier to search for therapists who take your insurance, view estimated out-of-pocket costs before you book, and choose from therapists accepting new patients. Nationally, Headway works with over 100 insurance plans, so you can browse therapists, review bios, and book directly when you’re ready.
