Hi, I'm Peter! I am a licensed therapist and here to help empower you to create a life you enjoy, and to find peace. I work with adults, teens, and couples facing challenges including addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, and relationship challenges. I have experience helping thousands of individuals and couples find more peace and fulfillment in life and learn to be more in control of their emotional experience. I use proven therapeutic techniques such as ACT, CBT, DBT, and IFS.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience working in residential and outpatient addiction recovery facilities, clinics for teens, and other mental health clinics. I also have experience working with a variety of healthcare professionals, business professionals, individuals, and couples. I have an empowering and warm approach that allows for the discovery of new perspective and lasting change.
