I am a licensed clinical social worker with over seven years of experience in helping people reconnect with themselves and find clarity about the things that are most troubling to them. Existence is hard, but I firmly believe that connection with one another is what enables us to heal, find belonging, and grow into the best versions of ourselves.
I specialize in helping you work through things that often cause complicated feelings such as our close relationships, career choices, parenting, past trauma, and so many other things.
